1、 Demand analysis

High voltage lines are all over the country, so we should pay special attention to safety when moving around. In particular, some transmission lines cross roads, construction and other regional sections. Among them, ultra-high vehicles and ultra-high construction machinery under the line bring huge potential safety hazards to the lines, which help the transmission lines to prevent external damage. Our company has launched the high-voltage line anti external damage warning light.

2、 Working principle

The high-voltage line warning light is installed on the high-voltage overhead transmission line as a high-voltage warning in the daytime and at night. In the daytime, it mainly relies on the warning signs to play a warning role. At night, the equipment will turn on the LED light to flash. In addition, the warning signs are provided with reflective materials, which can play a good role in warning. High voltage warning light is composed of five parts: high brightness LED light source, microcontroller, solar panel, lithium polymer battery and reflective material. The LED light source adopts special light-emitting devices, which are characterized by high brightness, strong penetration and long service life. The warning light is not always on, but flashes alternately according to a frequency sensitive to the human eye, making it easier for people to find it earlier and avoid danger.
